I will change it but out of curiosity what in the title is attracting spam? "Ear"? "Irrigation"?

"Ear Irrigation". It sounds like a medical novelty.

And it's just my guess that it's attracting spam. Forums that have such phrases in their thread titles might look more welcoming to spambots since they're not being deleted by mods (at least forums without a resident Kosmo).
