Can we please get back on topic? This is not a thread about me. It's a thread about technical issues affecting me.
META: What is going on with the forum landing page?

This.
this this.
i have a 1920 x 1080 monitor, and i can read ONE post on the initial screen load. the other 90% of the initial screen is graphics and nav. i'm here for the posts, not the logos. i imagine that folks on smaller screens won't see any posts at all, they need to scroll down to start reading content. worse-case scenario: a newbie decides to check out the forum, clicks on a thread they think could be interesting, get to a page with no content, and bounce on outta here.
and belated THANK YOU for making the mobile version responsive!!!

Feh. Put your screen in portrait mode.

I agree for mobile, but for desktop and laptop too? That seems like a complete waste…..

gonna be tough to type on my laptop with it sitting on its side…
I have my desktop monitor in portrait mode. I will always work this way.

when I managed the service desk, there was always a very long list of open items
I always had one 27inch monitor in portrait mode as I could see like 50 open issues on one page (vs 15 in landscape)
but I am fond of landscape for everything else
