^^ Is that for real? I was under the impression Phish @ Hampton tickets were traditionally super pricey (compared to an average Phish show). People just give them away?

An infamous time in Phish lore is when the bottom dropped out of the Hampton ticket market in 2013.

This was caused by a tour that had multiple stops close to Hampton as well as the expectation that Hampton tickets would be hard to aquire, therefore people bought many extras in hoping they could trade these tickets for even harder tickets like Halloween. This created the Hampton ticket tree as well as the saying, "tickets on the ground" which is unfortunately what's going to happen happen to our friend with the extra Dead and Co. Tickets.

This is a fascinating tale of market forces at work.
Show was ok, but the double live disc from Dead Man's Pop that I listened to on the drive is  100 times better.

Pretty crowd crushed. Sightline was ok, but my body just aches when I have to stand in one place. My club show life may be over. Didn't see any boardies that I recognized…
show was a 7/10

def good that Neko is in this tour as I can't really stand Carl's vocals and he struggled a bit.

did they go for a 2nd encore?  I don't think setlist.fm is accurate.

Was a good show for sure. Without Dan, I think the best they can do is around an 8, so 7 makes sense for this.

Setlist online is definitely not accurate. No second encore, and out of order. Carl's vocals were fine, but should have been brought up in the mix, as he is a quiet singer.

The opener was pretty great I thought.

Stood in my usual stage right spot, got a good Lean on the wall. Plenty of room around that area. Was able to fairly easily transit to the restrooms and back. I would amaze you with my close-up photos, but no photos were allowed to be taken.
I am worried about Space not being able to have fun at shows anymore

Getting old sucks….

Full disclosure: I have been given the senior discount (unprompted) at the Unique Thrift Store recently

Geez, I was carded the week after my 50th and the bartender's eyes popped.
I also get carded..sometimes…I like to think the people at Unique (many foreigners who don’t seem to speak English) like to give discount to anyone to avoid issues with the kind of people who go to thrift stores

And I saved a buck on the Diary of a wimpy kid blue ray/DVD combo so who am I to complain

A few weeks back, I picked up the double-disc of JFK. When mrs grateful opened the box, disc 1 was an, ahem, adult video, instead of the movie.

Buyer beware. Also, Diary of a Wimpy Kid could also be a porn title.

To be fair, you look fantastic.

Diary of a Wimpy Kid 2: Rodrick Rules only cements the pornographic possibilities.

Aw shucks! It must be the Chipotle and all the running.

Well, the latter for sure.
Show was okay but nothing memorable. Carl looks so old now and then I realized I’ve been seeing these guys for over a dozen years now. Even though it always seemed like Dan hated being there I still miss his contributions onstage.
What instrument did Dan play when he was in the band?

A tip for the age-challenged concert enthusiasts- try the upstairs rail.  My wife prefers it up there and I've grown accustomed to it's lure.

I thought Carl AND Neko both looked worse for wear last night.  Though it wasn't the best NP show I've seen, I take a decent NP show over a "great" one by many of the mediocre bands out there these days… their compositions are so well crafted! I agree, however,  Dan's presence adds another dimension to the band's sound. He was missed.

Really enjoyed Lady Lamb, the opener.

Sure, but don't you have to get there when doors open to get that spot? Then stand for 3 hours before the headliner plays one note?  That's like asking for a hip replacement!

Not necessarily.  Got there at 7:45 last night and nicely situated for opener at 8
