getting back to the topic of this thread: daft punk. i'll get on a plane to anywhere to see them (unlike smackie, apparently) but it's looking less and less likely that any shows will ever happen again. but i remain optimistic…?

I just feel like I never will. They only play enormodomes. It costs a billion dollars to get good seats. They haven’t had a good album in a decade. In theory, I’d love to see them again — they’re one of the best bands of my lifetime — but in practice, no I will probably not schlep to Philly to see them play a bunch of King of Limbs songs.
