I have to say ACDC’s Ballbreaker is awful..so disappointing that their #1 fan Rubin couldn’t get anything better out of them

So my hate for kanye aside…that top 25 is an amazing body of work
and all over the map

I'm glad someone compiled this, been wanting to do a Rick Rubin themed stroll through his catalog and this helps

I did not realize just how man RHCP records he did which just makes me think less of Rick Rubin.

Had forgotten how deep the man’s catalog is. It really is incredible how many classics he did over various genres for going on 40 years.

Does anyone else touch this?

He is the Svengali producer

I do think he has lost a step or two but he’s sort of moved into more of the record biz in general

Let's not forget that the Beastie Boys made Paul's Boutique specifically because they didn't want to make another Rick Rubin album, so I'll give him credit for that too.
