Predictions & certainties for a Biden/Harris administration

prediction: there will be actual attempts to work across the aisle.

prediction: joe will sign the most executive orders in the first X days than any other president.

certainty: there will be a dog in the WH again.

certainty: mcconnell will do everything he can to stymie said cross-aisle attempts, and generally do everything he can to thwart their agenda.  but here's an interesting way joe might be able to get his cabinet picks confirmed...

prediction: lots of acting cabinet members, thanks to what's currently going in the executive branch

certainty: the return of Julian Castro in some capacity

wish list: the return of Sally Yates and Preet Bharara within DOJ, if only to totally get into someone's head full time.
