I do think hutch can sometimes pull off a Dylan after months of no haircuts

This is going to sound weird, but you ever seen that photo of Mick Jagger standing outside that dive bar in, I think, Charlotte, wearing a baseball cap. I could see Hutch passing for that after two long island iced teas. (Drank by the person making the identification, not Hutch.)

To be fair, I haven't seen a current photo of Frank Black in many years so the homeostasis around the weights may already be accomplished.
