The Breeders 6/11/08

Any info on when these tickets are going on sale? Is there a secret sale that I don't know about? Help?
dunno - sign up for newsletter and find out with the rest of us; no; you're welcome.
It sucks this is the same night as R.E.M/Modest Mouse/National

Yikes. I'm glad you pointed that out.

Thanks asshole for your post!! I'm already on the list.
well then, dumbass, you have just as much info as the rest of us. your tone isn't appreciated - i tried to help and i gave you an honest answer, the same one you'd get if you asked in the FAQ section - which, by the way, would be a better place to ask a ticket-related question.

i would have replied to you via PM, but you decided to put me on your ignore list. brillant move - PM someone (with an insult on top of that) then deny them the opportunity to reply in private.
I'm blacklisting him from the Steak House too.
sometimes they do a soft sale and if all tickets are sold during a soft sale, then you're out of luck…it means they're all sold out.

Actually, the FAQ response would probably look like this:

I have no information on that show at this time. You should subscribe to our email blast by sending an email to list_serve@930.com to learn about new shows, on sale dates, and special promotions.

Which may be the same in substance as yours, but lacks that special superciliousness you exude.
Good thing I already have plans to fly to the Bay Area for REM/MM/National and I get to see Beirut, Pela, Jamie Lidell, and other bands that are playing Sasquatch (they're all playing San Francisco!..) :D

I agree completely. Very disappointing. I'll be at the R.E.M. concert, but I would have liked to have seen The Breeders too.
I'll probably be there, but I'm sorta not looking forward to it. It was too much fun seeing them for their last pre-Title TK show. All old stuff and very little new filler. Plus the band was solid.

I'm not sure who the Deal sisters have backing them up, and I haven't heard very flattering things about the new album…
The new album is a new snore, in my opinion.
I loved that they played the themesong to Buffy the Vampire Slayer at their last ottobar show. awesome.

Wait, you're doing Sasquatch!?!
Nooo, I'm seeing bands that are playing Sasquatch in San Francisco:

5/27 - Beirut (The Grand)
5/28 - Jamie Lidell (Bimbo's)
5/28 - PELA (Bottom of the Hill - late show)
5/31 - REM/National/Modest Mouse (Greek)

I'm sure there will be more…

:D
