Fairfax Inova. Been here since late Sunday night as my 12 year old (turns 13 tomorrow!) was having breathing difficulties. Anyways he was intubated because he had so much swelling in his upper respiratory tract that he couldn’t get enough air into his lungs. They think a virus is what caused this issue. Most scary. He has been doing well and am very hopeful he gets extubated today. Keep Dylan in your good thoughts.

BTW can’t recommend Fairfax Pediatric ICU enough. Top.

Glad he is doing better. Sorry to hear that he and the family had to go through that ordeal. Luckily we have RFK, Jr to take care of us all, healthwise.
