B-SIDE Mixes It Up

So there are 5 Sundays this month … which means that we have come up with 2 special events to end May!

The first takes place this Sunday!

* B-SIDE * Sunday 23 May 2004 * 8 p.m. - 2 a.m. * @ The Blue Room, 2321 18th Street, N.W., Washington, D.C. * Ages 21+ * FREE!

What is B-SIDE?

The best of the rest! A night of the odd and often neglected musical selections. Not just b-sides, but artists that musically do not fit into the rest of our nights. It's going to be all mixed up!

Rest assured though, our May focus on Joy Division and New Order continues.

There will also be various CD's giveaways, leftover from past promotions. If you have won something recently, be sure to pick it up!

So Medusa, what's the special fifth Sunday gonna be all about?!?

Hello Bags and everyone!

If you, and others on this board, are going to be in town this Memorial Day Weekend, you WON'T want to miss our very special event this Sunday - AVALANCHE 3!

It's the music of New Order, Joy Division and all of the side projects (Revenge, Monaco, The Other Two, Electronic) spun the entire evening!

This is our 3rd time doing AVALANCHE, hence the number "3" above.

The past two times have been a blast and very popular!

We're also doing a giveaway for Community, a new New Order tribute CD that is just being released.

I'll post more in a separate thread tomorrow.

Needless to say, if you're looking for something to do on Sunday night, we'll be open until 2 a.m. and it's all free!

And you don't have to work on Monday! :)
