LA is great if you like plastic people, smog, traffic, and hardcore pornography.

Nope, I mean LA. Ha ha. They're here.
I've got a good friend who is in the process of moving out to LA… Will def. tell her to check exit clov out.
So, i'm curious guys, what did you think?
My long weekend of touring with the Clov was cool. Google was amazing, i soooo want to work there. Thanks for coming out, it was nice to have some familiar folks, if not faces, in attendance.

They were awesome when I saw em in Chicago a couple days before Lolla. They covered "You and Whose Army." Did they play any other interesting covers in Cali?

i will say, i did enjoy their set. the other 2 bands that got booked the same night- not nearly as good, to be kind about it.
Originally posted by Weird Little Self Loathing Man:i thought they were fantastic, they really know how to play a live set and throw everything they have into it … i really liked the independent, we made friends with a bouncer and got up to the balcony area, which was nice because the show was definitely oversold … a lot of disappointed people outside not expecting the show to sell out (is it the "little miss sunshine" exposure?)
Let us (or at least me) know what you think of Devotchka live. Though I still think they are great, seeing them four times in less than a year was a bit of overkill for me.
fly-bar around the corner was a lot of fun too, good pizza
I'm sure this isn't going to please your girl friend that much, but I got a real Gwen Stefani vibe out of Exit Clov, and that's a good thing in my eyes. Much more poppy then I expected and quite enjoyable. They could rule TRL with the right management.
The other two bands blew.
And you're a lot shorter than I expected.
