Do you need to have tickets to be able to get in to the backbar? My friend and I were wondering because I know there is that back entrance next to the parking lot, unless I am totally confused and that bar is a part of the venue for ticket holders only.

The status changes night to night. On nights when a show is sold out or close to sold out you will likely find the Backbar closed to patrons without a ticket. However, most other nights it is open to the public.

On the soldout or almost soldout nights, is it still open to parents driving kids or not?

You mean the hackhar? At least that's what the sign always looked like to me…
So on nights when you're allowed in the back entrance without a ticket, wouldn't it be easy to just sneak upstairs for the show?
