I was in Mickey D's over in Snappolis eating one of those new McGriddle thingees…
Well, I looked down and saw Dave Gruel's face emblazoned, grilled right onto the surface of the muffin in maple syrup. I swear ! Scouts honor.

Another time I was at the 7-11 and Dave Gruel was just in line ahead of me. He bought two packs of Phillies Blunts, chocolate flavored…and a forty of Olde English 800. When the clerk tried to put the 40 in a brown paper bag, Dave refused it and walked out with the bottle clutched in his hand. Whatta guy!
