hello2all
so how come nobodys talking about the puddle of mudd show????

because it's sold out and none of us have tickets? i'm sure the regulars will have more "colorful" responses though.

weren't they the band where the leader singer pulled a matchbox 20 and fired the rest of the band when he got signed by fred "even my covers suck ass" durst?

Heres some Maine humor to share with you:

A Texan, a guy from Massachusetts and a Mainer are riding horses out on the range. The Texan, just to show off, pulls an expensive bottle of whiskey out of his saddlebag, takes a couple of drinks, throws the bottle in the air, pulls out his gun and shoots it in mid-air.
The guy from Massachusetts is shocked and asks, "What are you doing? That's a perfectly good bottle of whiskey!" The Texan replies, "In Texas, there's plenty of whiskey and bottles are cheap!"

A little while later, not wanting to be outdone, the guy from Massachusetts pulls out a bottle of champagne, takes a few sips, throws the bottle into the air, pulls out his gun and shoots it, just like the Texan. The guy from Maine can't believe it. "What the sam-heck are you doing? That was a very expensive bottle of champagne." With a wink to the Texan he says, "In Boston, there's plenty of champagne and bottles are cheap."

About 15 minutes later, the Mainer pulls out a bottle of beer. He opens it and takes a sip. Then another sip. Then he chugs the rest of the bottle. Then he places the bottle back in his saddlebag, pulls out his gun and shoots the guy from Massachusetts. The Texan is visibly shaken. "What did you do that for?!?!" The Mainer replies, "Well, in Maine, we have plenty of people from Massachusetts, and bottles are returnable."

That joke is sooooo accurate, the less Mass-holes we have in the world, the better. Its funny you mention Moxie, i usually bring twenty bucks worth back with me for a friend at work, he doesnt work here anymore though. I personally could never acquire the taste of it.

i'll never forget my first sip of moxie… it was the first time a soda cause me to tear up. it's odd how it slides smoothly down the throat followed by the tremedous after bite. personally i kinda like it, wouldn't drink on a regular basis though.

after seeing markie react to a pixie stick it would be classic to see him drink his first moxie :D

i can't remember if i made markie drink any of the big red i brought back from alabama. that's some good stuff!!!

a bring your own regional soda party could be interesting, unless of course your watching carbs then it would kinda suck and then you would have to a chillout area…

Does that mean i should bring Moxie back with me? If it werent for the after taste it might not be half bad.
