Dear Abby,

I was at the gym last night and a song came on that I'd never heard before. I really liked it so asked one of the staff who it was!!!!!

"Moby! Stand up, stand up for the Champions" (well, that was the chorus anyway)

I had to excuse myself to go punch myself in the nads for a couple of hours.

Please help me Abby, I'm desperate.

Do you hang out at the gym because you like to work up a brisk lather taking long, hot showers, glancing askance at the other buffed-out beef hunks, comparing physiques and girth just like you used to do during your glory days 'in the navy'??? Do you hang out at the gym because you like the feel of damp, warm vinyl rubbing roughly against the firm, tight leather of your trusty weight-lifter's belt???

I go to the gym becuase I turned into a fat bastard and would like to reverse that…..but if I had to pick one of your options it would be the vinyl on the bum, because I don't do the pumping iron nonsense and I shower at work, not at the gym.
