I'm busy on the 6th and cannot make it, though honestly I'm not particularly interested in attending regardless, so take that with a grain of salt. I'd be more interested in attending if it were on January 13th instead, because then I could also check out the Blowoff featuring the DJ sounds of Bob Mould & Richard Morel at the 9:30.

Any update to plans for this? I've been really out of the loop, board-wise, but would certainly stop by for drinks and would throw in for food or whatever…..

no word yet on using backbar, still waiting for the official go-ahead. i'll let you know as soon as it's a go. if i dont' hear anything by next week, i'll start planning a back-up venue.

uh will it just be little olde me in the backbar? hardly what would be called a party…

I'll stop by after the emmet swimming show upstairs….
