Is it legal to call this guy, promise him $500 for three tickets and then not show up for the hand-off?

when i e-mailed them my info I asked for them to send me a confirmation and they sent me one:

"You've been added to the will call under your last name for 2 tickets." the return e-mail is a "930.com" email address too
