they should. these record labels could really enjoy economies of scale if they would simply insert the same musicians into all of their "top selling acts."

i think a smell a dissertation thesis.

if i came up with the idea to include limp bizkit and papa roach in this mass-production assembly line, will i get a cut of the action?

I don't think it's a case of being a trendy hipster, it's a case of having at least decent taste in music.
