Venue for Documentary?

I saw a documentary on the BBC in the UK this past year called Searching for the Wrong-Eyed Jesus. The film explores the religion and culture of the deep south. It is narrated by the musician Jim White and features several other artists including the Handsome Family.

I see that the film is playing in several cities across the U.S. and would love to see it here in D.C. I contacted the E-Street Cinema and didn't hear a reply. Do any of you know any venues that might be willing to show a film of this nature?

Searching for the Wrong-Eyed Jesus
I am comunicating with the distributor of this film, they are looking for a theater in the DC area. They have approached Landmark about E St, AFI, Avalon and a few others so far.
That's brilliant. Please keep us (or just me and probably Rhett) posted.
I would suggest you come down to a DC Docs In Progress session, some people there might be able to help you. I go down often cause I have a friend who is an organizer, and I get to exercise my litteray critiqueness.

As for theatres around here, well you may be hard pressed but you could try the Avalon.
