Cheap hosting...

Does anyone have an suggestions for cheap hosting? I'm not looking for anything special; I have a client that just needs cheap hosting without any ads placed on the site. She's not concerned (at this point, anyway) with traffic reports or any other perks other than FTP access and low cost.
I'm too used to dealing with larger companies to know of any off hand beyond GoDaddy. How is there service?
PS: she doesn't need a lot of space either; her site is all of 4 pages.

That's definitely in the ballpark of what she's looking for. Thanks for the suggestion.
