It begins and ends with "Cool as Fuck" - Inspiral Carpets totally wish I could get me one of those. Remember Neds Atomic Dustbin having some fun slogans as well…
My fave Ned's shirt was "Did You Miss Ned's Atomic Dustbin?" on the front and the back said "Then you FUCKED UP". I still have my Inspirals Cool as Fuck shirt from 1993, I wear it every now and then.
I also loved my Carter the Unstoppable Sex Machine shirts. Once upon a time there were a ton of great band shirts…I remember seeing an article in the Face magazine saying that a lot of people would just go to gigs and buy shirts instead of buying records because the bands were making more money that way, so they would only release EPs. Inspiral Carpets, Lush, Ride, a lot of those bands did EPs before LPs.

A friend of mine had a Free Willy t-shirt that he'd wear every so often.
i have a great "passion of the christ" t-shirt that's all in spanish, and has some bible quote in spanish on it … it's pretty funny …
