Im looking foward to attending the Opeth concert on February 15th. However, my mom won't let me attend if there is alcohol. I know I'm pretty much screwed, but what is the policy at the 930 club on Alcohol?? Thanks.

well, if you're over 21 you can drink, if your not, you can't drink. if that doesn't assuage your mom, well, then i don't know how she'll let you go to college.

tell your mom that they're really strict about no underage drinking. unless you're magical, you won't be able to get a hand on anything exceptdc tap water or some coke or whatever. or you could be really badass and just bring your mom. i bet she'd love it.

Ditto to above message – if you're under 21, you will NOT be able to get alcohol. I'm 36 and the time I forgot my I.D., NO alcohol for me. That's it. It's not like more typical crazy bars, it's a very serious policy there. I'll email your mom if it will help! ;)

Yes, my mom never got drunk every weekend while hanging out with 51 gay men when she was 36 years old.

Looks like your mum is letting you go. I was going to say I've been to the club many, many times and so confident with their alcohol restrictions I'm allowing my 14 year old daughter go to a ska concert later this month.

Doesn't your mom have mental problems?
Are they genetic?
