now, i DVR it so i dont have to sit there for 2 hours AND i can skip most of those two stupids hosts' annoying banter.
The commentators freak me out. I should tape it too, since I only want to see a few of the dancers. Next confession…I like the sk8er boi. :D

I think you are looking for the "Bullshit Time" thread.
Once a year or so when absolutely NO witnesses are around, I turn up "The Right Stuff" by New Kids On The Block. Really, really loud. I'm a sucker for a catchy hook. Sorry. I give you permission to hold this against me.
ok, i'll do one for real

i have THIS poster:

if i told you the bird was born in mexico and migrated here upon reaching adulthood, would that help alleviate your pain?

The swallow may fly south with the sun, or the house martin seek warmer hot lands in winter, yet these are not strangers to our land.

My confession is that I was able to write that on memory. But I'm not suggesting that coconuts migrate.
I watch Days of Our Lives.

i voted for ralph nader in 1996. i was in college. . .i tried it once, and i didn't like it.
I voted for Nader in 1996 and 2000, and am thus responsible for the mess in Iraq.
mindcage have you been inside i-rock in detroit? all the years i lived there never ever set foot in the place… is it still even open?
I worked for Nader in 2000 and voted for him.
I voted for an American Idol. I actually tuned in, watched, and used my cell phone to call in my support for a contestant. Not a fan of the show, but out of my loyalty to Howard Stern. Still, I had to watch it and was shamed into silence for a week. Thanks for allowing me a forum where I could open up and start to move on.
Well let's face it, she does have nice boobies.

I watch every American Idol, although I never vote.

Last night I was so upset at all of the performances of Gwen Stefani approved artists that I actually wanted to vote them all off the show. And let me tell you, Sunjaya's performance of No Doubts "Bathwater with a ridiculous mohawk is actually signaling to me that he wants off the show, but the counter culture is keeping him on!

My favorite line from last night "Look Sunjaya, I'm not even going to bother because it doesn't matter what we say any longer…"

Oh it's open indeed and it's pretty interesting inside. Outside was pretty scary. Made the 930 Club neighborhood look like Potomac, Md. It was almost like a heavy metal Hard Rock cafe with the memorabilia and guitars all over the walls and ceiling, minus the cheesy neon lighting.

We played there back in June. Good size stage and fairly decent sound system.
