Chromeo?

I love the remixes of Fancy Footwork. His other stuff is OK. I know he opens for or tours with a lot of the other Ed Banger artists like Justice.

How is Chromeo as a main act? Do you expect a good show?

they were a lot of fun at virgin fest. packed the dance tent.

not "he"/"his" - it's "they"/"their". chromeo are two guys, on tour they have a backing band.

at lolla i thought they were entertaining… for about 20 minutes. didn't captivate me, i got my fill then moved on. they're a little too cheesy for me (and i have a relatively high tolerance for cheese). their fans were really pumped up.

This is exactly how I imagined them being live. Fun for a short time but getting old very quickly.

Caught them at Lolla as well, for about 10 minutes. Couldn't stand them.

they did pack the dance tent indeed. Actually, they packed it more than any other act did the entire weekend, which kind of pissed me off.

Chromeo is ok. They're good, but nothing really special.

I don't expect them to be hugely entertaining or anything but Im definetly incredibly excited to see them. Im kind of surprised theyve sort of blown up in the past few months I got the cd ages ago and pretty much came to grips with them never coming to DC. Im definetly going to see them.

as i wrote previously, their fans were going nuts at lolla. if you like their music, you probably will find them hugely entertaining. have fun!

I've seen videos, I imagine if the crowd is fun then it won't be hard to have a good time.
