It's 42 miles round trip from Rte 28 to Purcelleville and back, just a nice distance to give you a workout without knackering you out for the rest of the day (went before work)….do you know what the ride is like going the other way on that path? I might do that next Thursday, weather permitting of course.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day!!! (How many times did you hear that one back home?)

My wife prefers Barry's tea….I have to drink decaf shite coz of a stomach thingie, and a nice cuppa is the one thing I miss the most.

yeah, I've never been much of a breakfast person - normally I'll have a carton of yoghurt but just never got around to it yesterday

not surprised your wife like Barrys, isn't she from the Cork region and the Barry family rule in that area? (When you move back, you probably won't be allowed drink Guinness, just Murphys or Beamish, the Cork brewed stouts.) We have some Bewleys in the house as well, which is nice

Towards DC? Its not as relaxing as going out towards purceville. The first part goes through herndon and there are a lot of busy roads to cross…between reston and vienna its not too bad. I'm not as familiar with the trail between Vienna and Arlington. I used to run the Arlington section of it a lot in highschool, but i don't remember much about it.

Nope. That's less than I normally eat. Wasn't hungry and needed a nice long nap after work. It's work that's made me tired, not my nutrition. Though I can enjoy a good pig out session, I'm not into eating when I'm not up for it. Not very American of me, is it? :D Still ended up with about 8 hours sleep. Have off today for Good Friday so didn't care so much about keeping to any schedules. By nature, I'm a night person. It's working a day job that's fucking up my system.

A-men, Jag.
Friday:

(Brunch)
2 soft boiled eggs
cinnamon & raisin bagel with blueberry jam
white grapefruit juice
2 cups of coffee with half & half (no sugar)

*I rarely eat this many eggs within a week. It's that time of year.

Markie and Lulu, waiting for your reply about dinner plans. ;) (See Lulu's latest email.) The Kosmoites may be going too.
