I now own a house in America. how about that.

a nice rowhome slice of the beaufitul city of Baltimore. I really couldn't be happier. :)

Seriously - congrats Sonick! And now you get to deduct your mortgage interest from your taxes - one of the primary reasons I moved to the States. I wouldn't be able to afford my house without that.

Before you get 'the handshake' you have to max out your credit cards at Home Depot. I never managed it so never did get 'the handshake' but I think it's this….

Well seeing as he has less than 4 to go (thank God) he'll probably get it done sooner than 5.

Just think everyone, in 4 years time the end of the world will be less of a threat…..if we're still here that is.
