Today's Washington Post had a story about the development projects planned for Georgia Avenue. Perhaps I'm imagining it, but on the graphic it looks like one of the areas targeted for a new building is right where the 9:30 Club sits. The graphic doesn't explain what the plan for that is. Does anyone know anything about that?

There are some condos going up next door, but that dot looks like it's on the opposite side of the current construction.

So probably Starbucks…
