Yeah sounds about right. Todd Reynolds thoroughly impressed me as well.

Was it mind-blowing? :)
azaghal: You always go to the cool shows that I always miss. It's really hard to go out every other night(!) when you have a significant other that's not into shows :/
But I get to leave for Coachella!

Not mind blowing… Much like Laurie Anderson it was an evening of experimental composition and video with a sense of fun and not to much pretension. It was also the first time I've heard a Nick Drake cover, "The Cello Song", which was very fitting for the Books to do….
The most intriguing Todd Reynolds piece was his soundtrack to a Bill Morrison short commissioned by MOMA called Outerborough. Where Morrison took film footage of a 1899 subway train from and through the use of looping created interesting visuals.

Significant other… I assume you're getting laid on a regular basis. I think that's a fair trade-off. :)
Speaking of Laurie Anderson, isn't she playing in college park some time soon or did that already happen?

That was 4/5, early enough that I could catch most of it (I work on campus) and then hit the Stooges. It was a good day :)

It's not on any of the three albums or the EP. They played a few other new tracks too.
