David Bowie cut short a concert in Prague because of pain in his shoulder, Czech media and Bowie's publicist said.
Bowie took a 10-minute timeout about halfway through his show Wednesday because of "aching nerves in his shoulder," the local CTK news agency reported.
After the break, the 57-year-old singer returned to the stage and performed two more songs. He sang the last song, "The Man Who Sold the World," sitting down and showing signs of pain, the agency said. He then apologized and ended the show.
"It's nothing more serious than a pinched nerve in his shoulder," Mitch Schneider, Bowie's Los Angeles publicist, told The Associated Press Wednesday.
The agency that organized the concert, Interkoncerts, didn't immediately answer telephone calls.
Bowie was struck in the eye by a lollipop thrown from a concert crowd in Oslo, Norway, on Friday. He wasn't seriously injured.
