Starting with Chandon champagne – first guests are coming over to my new pad!

Then Makers Mark and Ginger Ale (do NOT forget the lime!), though scotch sounds so yummy….(Dalwhinnie, Macallan and Benromach being my faves).

I've never tried that. Is it peaty or more speyside/highlands light?
