ooooh, i would like to see padres v. a's, but then that would put me in an existential crisis that i don't know how to cope with.
I got the Twins and Dodgers in the Series, Twins taking it.
i've got the Yankees over the Dodgers.
which is why i said in my previous post, who cares.

As for an A's-Padre's series - even as your friend, I don't know that I'm ready for that.
I want the Yankees vs. the Dodgers in the World Series, with the Yanks coming out on top. I still haven't gotten over the '81 series.
Somebody please help me with this question. I've searched every web site and can't figure out who the Red Sox are playing in the first round. If anyone knows who they play and when their first game is, I would be most appreciative.
Thanks in advance.

I'm hoping for another subway series.
With the Mets beating the living CRAP out of the Yankees.

What the hell was Torii Hunter thinking with two outs?
looks like the a's might actually advance. wait, 2-0 lead means nothing with them, i forgot…
anyway, everyone needs to come to terms with the fact that there is NO CHANCE the yankees don't win the world series. they will do it quite easily. they are trotting out perhaps the best offense ever right now. damon, jeter, abreu, sheffield, giambi, a-rod, matsui, posada, cano – their #9 hitter hit .342! two shoo-in HOFers in jeter and a-rod, two borderline HOFers in abreu and sheffield, four perennial all-stars and then cano, who may well become a perennial all-star. it's disgusting. just accept it now and you won't be as upset when it happens.

What about Abreu would make him a borderline hall of famer?
And if Jeter didn't play on the Yankees, would anybody pay him any attention? If he were on Tampa Bay, he'd be Carl Crwaford.
