Anybody ever heard of this band? I picked their album up for $1 at CD Game Exchange. Sounds pretty decent so far.

I probably haven't seen the inside of an NME in at least 15 years. Where do they sell it in DC?

They almost always have it in B&N or Borders. They also have it on the internet, but that is new and scarey.

Anyhow, you got a great album for a bargain.

"up the bracket" is a great album. i saw them at the black cat last year, and they were very good…they've had some conflicts within the band though–one member was apparently caught stealing musical equipment from the guitar player's apartment, for drug money. so when i saw them, they played without him. i believe they're back together now, and i'm hoping a new album is on the way sometime soon!
