I found an interesting situation on Craig's List related to this Velvet Revolver show. Someone with a DOJ email address is looking to buy a single ticket for $75. Anyone know what the scalping laws are in DC or the surrounding areas?

According to eBay – DC, Maryland and Virginia are unregulated.
