should have gone to the show last night… they had a scavenger hunt with the prize being pixies lawn tickets..

That would've been nice…but that meant knowing that I *gulp* PAID to see the Killers! I'm not sure I could ever sleep again :eek:

The unanimous opinion seems to be that Maximo Park was the best part about last night's show. It'd be a shame if an opening spot for less talented bands was the only chance people in DC had to see them. Unfortunately, looking at their website, they're booked solid through the end of the European festival circuit, but it'd be great to see them at the club later in the summer or in the fall.
