People don't seem to get that once you cross that line into self-righteous zeal and heavy-handed chest-thumping it no longer matters what your professed positions are, you're just blowing hot air for like-minded shitheads.
For MY money if I want to make sweeping generalizations about the American people and the state of the country, it's the proliferation of, or at least the passive acceptance of, gratuitous sneerers and counter-productive finger-wagging narcissists may yet prove to be the death of us, the more obvious indicators of a country circling the drain.
