Aren't all of those bands really the same band though?
I thought the Thorns were the best new band.

Two of my friends who saw them last night like them. But they are both freinds who are either completely open minded, or are lacking any amount of discriminatory powers, or both.

Woops, sorry Rhett. I haven't been on the Board in over a week, so I'm not up on the many convos. That, plus I can't quite figure out your musical proclivities (though I know they tend to the alt.country, right? And that's probably a term that drives you nuts…..)
