Yeah, and it sounds like the shows were really terrific. Killed me to miss them. But reports are good on the new songs.

After all of these years, I still love Donovan.
I can very easily imagine Idlewild listening to him.

Nice that Meg White turned up to help, she is looking a bit rough these days though…

It's their Sgt. Pepper's phase. They spend a lot of time in the desert with the peyote buttons and the shaman.

From the official site:
IDLEWILD LA SETLISTS!
Monday 5th July 2004
I'm happy to be here tonight
these wooden ideas
welcome home
american english
gone too long
too long awake
little discourage
blues run the game
when i argue i see shapes
not just sometimes, but always
live in a hiding place
you held the world in your arms
the bronze medal
goodnight
Tuesday 6th July 2004
when i argue i see shapes
roseability
you held the world in your arms
disconnected
to live is to fly
american english
welcome home
live in a hiding place
little discourage
too long awake
I'm happy to be here tonight
not just sometimes, but always
the bronze medal
in remote part
