Don't worry. When he died, they turned into a better band called New Order. Get a couple of their albums, and you should be set.

Not really……I think JD would've evolved into what NO became anyway, with or without Ian.
Yes, but would they have had the wisdom to put Bernard, who has a much more likeable voice, on lead vocals?

I think they probably would've ended up sharing the singing….Curtis for the really dark stuff and Bernard for the lighter (relatively speaking) songs.

I can't see Ian singing, "We're playing for England…ENGULAND!" :D
