Lulu's is cheesy, but there's a time and a place for everything, if you're a frat person (not me), it's perfect! and it was Mardi Gras weekend. What that has to do with CIA research is beyond me though.

Geez. The guy probably just wanted a beer and that's where he ended up. Out-of-towners probably aren't as in the know of what's "cool".
