a perfect circle?

not sure if anyone here is fan of them, but i am kind of.. saw something about a tour and making a stop at bender arena in march? does anyone know any details?
i know apc is working on a new record and its almost done. but i didn't hear anything about a tour.
Hmm…APC played at Bender Arena in March of 2001. It's very unlikely that they'll play there in March 2003, unless the band's line-up has changed.
APC guitarist Troy Van Leeuwen is on the road with Queens of the Stone Age through March 24 and bassist Paz Lenchantin is playing with Zwan.
From the official APC Web site:
"On jan 17, 2003, a perfect circle reconvened to begin the writing/recording process. when it's done, you all will be the first to know. actually…the second to know."
Latest news from the APC Web site on the band's line-up changes…
Regarding the departure of the one known as â??Pazâ?-
Paz has been a vegan for many years. As many of you may know, sometimes the lack of protein in oneâ??s diet can leave them borderline anemic and, occasionally, a bit delirious. After a festival show featuring APC and the The Smashing Pumpkins, Paz, in a state of â??meat deprivation,â? followed a â??bald man named Billyâ? onto the wrong bus and we havenâ??t seen her since. Milk carton photos have, so far, been ineffective. Any help would be appreciated.
Regarding the â??New Guyâ? on bass-
Jeordie White, otherwise known as â??Twiggy,â? (formerly of â??Marilyn Manson,â?) has replaced Paz as the new APC bass player. Jeordie, in between jobs, answered a classified ad in the "Music Connectionâ? which readâ?¦ â??Established band seeks professional, experienced bass player. Must have a van and must resemble Don Knotts. Long hair a plus.â? The rest is history. Congratulations, Jeordie. This is the biggest mistake you have ever or will ever make.
Regarding the abduction of the one currently known as â??Troy VanLeeuwen,â? and occasionally known as â??Toby or Todd Lewin,â?-
Reports have come in stating Troy has been seen hanging around with Craig Kilbourn. Other sources say Troy has been abducted by a hostile yet stable group of extraterrestrials posing as a band of Gypsy crack whores. Lucky for us, we have â??fittedâ? Troy with a self-destruct mechanism for just such an occasion. If any of these â??aliensâ? attempt what we in the biz refer to as a â??Greek Weddingâ?â?¦ KABOOOM! Good luck, Troy. Come back often.
Regarding the â??New Guyâ? on guitar-
Renholder. Figure it out. This multi-talented individual (who suffers from an extremely rare form of social tourette's) wears many hats; all of which he hangs on the wall next to his soiled futon. Impersonator of circus gorillas, moon walker, psychic medium to the stars, serial/cereal coupon hoarder, owner of the most extensive collection of â??COPSâ? episodes on this planet, coined the term, â??Tijuana boob job,â? as well as aficionado of all things â??boob job.â? These are just a few of his many, many talents.
Regarding the â??New Album Titleâ?-
We are currently in litigation with The Offspring over this. More info on this subject will be posted as it becomes available.
love, apc
apc, tool, and deftones are the bands that i'd most like to see live but haven't yet.
unfortunately, they play godforsaken arenas. guess i'll have to wait for the alimony/lawsuit-induced club tour when they're geezers and strapped for cash.
