I keep trying to listen to Morning Sedition but I find it pretty boring and unentertaining - the three personalities they have on just don't appeal to me.

I listened the first day… it sucks that they don't have a real station in DC and that we're always jockeying to even get the live stream.
I think Al Franken is hillarious, though. I saw him tape Jeopardy! Power Players Week and he really made it all worth it.

I listened to Franken the first week. He had amazing guests on. Like much talk radio, I think you'll like it more if you listen pretty steadily as you get familiar with the personalities, etc. Helps in appreciating the humor bits, which are pretty idiosyncratic. I got to really enjoy his old high school buddy who's a Rush Limbaugh listener and fan. Alas, tge show is on while I'm at work, and that "not so busy" month is a mere memory now….
I'm curious about the Garofalo show, but am just not around to listen to a computer when she's on (at night I think….)

I wonder if Franken weighs any less than Rush?
I think it's good that's there's the 'other side of the story' to balance the right wing lunatics like Limbaugh and Hannity, and the out and out Nazi Savage.
It definately needs tweaking though imho….cut the comedy attempt, they're just not funny. They also annoy me the way they sound so angry all the time. The biggest culprit is Steve Seeder (I think) Who's on with Janeane Garafalo at 8pm.
The morning crew with the uppity English woman are pretty weak, not to mention they have a friggin Arsenal fan in the group. I think the best lot are the 9am crew with Chuck D.

I hope it stays on the air though, it's definately needed.
