anyone know where the best, cheapest happy hour is in dc? i have heard about a place called the cellar that has a seven dollar open bar from 5-8 today, and ive been to my brothers place on saturday and they have a pretty good 15 dollar open bar for happy hour…any other suggestions? also keep in mind i prefer a happy hour that has a great jukebox, and not fucking bon jovi over and over.
