Will they storm off the stage before finishing the song?

I was thinking something like this would happen at coachella but they ended up playing one of the tightest sets of the weekend and using up all their allotted time.

Head On is my guess.
And the myspace page says the show is being taped today but being broadcast on the 23rd, although Dave's web page says it will be on tonight.
I would TiVo both just in case.

IIRC they tape two shows on Monday. The second taping is aired Friday. Last Monday they had a live Elvis Costello webcast but the show he was on aired Friday.

It airs tonight according to pitchfork. Still, you should tivo Wednesday as well; Dr. Dog is playing then.

The song sounded familiar, but I couldn't place it. If it's not on Psychocandy, it ain't shit.
Couldn't take more than 2 seconds of Rudy's new nice-guy schtick. Fortunately, WETA was doing a David Halberstam greatest hits routine of his appearances on Rose. Good stuff.
J&MC were okay. Their whole mystique and vibe doesn't translate well to a brightly lit sound stage though.

They played a new song on Letterman. "All Things Must Pass" is the title.

that's good b/c my astrologer, madame tiger, said that if they play a new song on letterman it means they're planning a full-blown tour . . . after w. reid loses a few pounds.
not a bad song . . . just a little boring, comparatively

according to the Village Voice, that isn't anything to get excited about. however, having seen them twice in the past month, i'd see them again if it wasn't in a huge venue… just gotta know what to expect.
