Your five most hated classic rock acts

Jagger's been compared to Elvis Costello but I think
Mick has a more bitter, cynical sense of humor.
Fleetwood Mac/Stevie Nicks
Eagles
Santana
Allman Brothers
Janis Joplin
Amen. And if you listen to a classic rock station, that's the stuff you're going to hear anyway.

Eddie Money is the worst singer ever. He should be shot on sight just to prevent a tv exec from crapping out another bad idea, like having him sing the new theme to Tara Reid's show "Two Tickets to Taradise."

Maybe he/she was referring the Creedence Clearwater REVISITED. You know, the version of CCR without Fogerty, that plays the Birchmere for $75 per ticket.

Eddie Money was once an NYC cop. At least that's the introduction Marilyn McCoo used to give him on Solid Gold.

Nope he/me meant the original CREEDENCE. Sorry for the typo. Anything Fogerty has always been nails on a chalkboard to me.

i've been trying to figure that out myself.
In my opinion, their songs are the paragon of 70's pop pablum. That, and I can't stand Steve Perry's voice.
I saw them open for the Stones in Philly in 81. People were throwing things at them they were so bad. They retreated for good around the 3rd song when a bottle broke after hitting the keyboard, sending them scurrying.I almost felt bad for them. ALMOST! Best Stones opener,Peter Tosh in '78.
Anyone who hates AC/DC, Led Zepplin or The Rolling Stones clearly hasn't really listened to them. Maybe they're sick of hearing their big hits on the radio, but these bands deserve respect and shouldn't be hated. Just my humble opinion.

I had to sit through one of his sets in Zanesville Ohio at a place called Legend Valley. He was staying at the same motel as we were and came out to hang by the pool. A few friends noticed and went down to say hello. He was such a jerk that they literally picked him up while in his pool chair, and tossed him, chair and all into the pool. He took off running to his room and shut the door. A few seconds later 2 huge bodyguard/bouncer types came from the next room over from his and glared up at us but made no approach. There were alot of us and boy did we laugh.Others at Legend Valley that day were Cars, Cheap Trick and Todd Rundgren's Utopia.Ah,good times!
