Regarding #2…I don't know if I should feel sorry for them or beat the living shit out of them just on principle.

Bit Torrent has the best deal.
Otherwise $48 seems to be the going rate - that's what I paid for Smackette's birthday gift. If you don't have season one, you can get them both at a cheaper rate, like $70.
