WASHINGTON (Reuters) - President Bush indicated in interviews secretly taped by a friend before he became president that he had used marijuana but would not admit it for fear of setting a bad example for children.

Hmm, after reading that, I see one compromise for the smoking this or that debate. Put the THC into tobacco cigarettes. Hell, they put every other kind of chemical in there including many that are harmful for you! Why not THC?

Have to admit though, the picture of this guy certainly doesn't help their debate. He looks like he just walked right out of a R. Crumb comic book!

Medical marijuana doesn't stand a chance. Can't they dig up a less-grizzled spokesperson than ol' reefer hair? He looks like an ex-roadie for Foghat.
