So we can blame Keane for the odd mix of Annie, M.I.A., Depeche Mode and INXS between sets.
Keane was surprisingly strong, probably the best sounding and looking show of the year. That (not so anymore) chubby guy can really sing. He was very apologetic about missing the shows last year while in rehab, the band sounded very tight, and they had the crowd singing along, particularly to the older songs which definitely got more love, although the second album material sounded better live than on record. High energy from the stage and a decent crowd…some honeys love them some Keane!

That was an awesome setlist, ravedubin. The new Interpol was enuf to get me to buy the CD. You really got us ready for Rocco and Co. It was a really nice night at the club, right to the end: dancing in the backbar with roadies and 930 club staff. Lighting was fabulous. Sound excellent…and Gus was in the house.

Thanks for the props, it's always great to know people are listening and that the dj thing isn't a waste + having Gus in the house always makes for a great night!

You played U2 plus "Have A Cigar". You're automatically alright with me. Thumbs up, homey . . . .
