i think this is fucking awesome.
I think it's badass because they're going where no one really goes. I think it sucks because I love them too god damn much and need to see them.
Ditto…but be patient. Let's hope that they get booked for 2 nights at 9:30 and play 2 hours each night. Too bad Nick still hasn't come back…he was the peanut butter to Josh's chocolate, the peaches to his cream.
I'm at the Tulsa/Oklahoma City shows.

We get them in September. No exact dates yet.
Please, please, Our Sweet Lady of Guadeloupe, let them come on a night I don't have to work. Last time I got to see them (headline, anyway), they pulled out. Trail of Dead was great, but still, what a pain in the balls.

Really? It might take you an hour and a half, but it's less than a 30 mile drive from LA to Costa Mesa, site of the OC Fair.
I thought OC stood for Ocean City MD :(

It does. "The" OC is a little different. Actually, it couldn't be more different.

I'll send a memo to QOTSA. It's "The OC Fair".
I'm so disappointed that there is no Germantown or Frederick date. Or Harper's Ferry!

Just come to Oklahoma. It all looks the same, anyways.
HELL YES…new album in its entirety on their site. Check out the friggin' hilarious lightbulb video on the main page too.
So far my favorites are "Misfit Love", "3's & 7's", "Suture Up Your Future", "Run Pig Run", and I'm happy to hear "Make It Wit Chu" again. That is such a great song. "Sick Sick Sick" is one of the weaker tracks in my opinion.
Yeah, I just logged onto their page and it's all super badass. I got the album like 2 or 3 weeks ago. I can't really pick a favorite because they're all good in one way or another. But over all I think my fave is "I'm Designer". I can't effing wait to buy this album. If you buy it at Best Buy you're gonna get a bonus disc with the song "White Wedding", I'm taking it that it's a Billy Idol cover.
If you click on Bulby when he walks out onto the page in the top right corner it leads you to a print page that you can cut him out of.

I'm totally printing out a bulby.
Having Queens of the Stone Age open for Rage Against the Machine is like serving filet mignon before the main course of spam.
anyone know what songs Mark Lanegan sings on the new QOTSA?

Make It Wit Chu is a wicked tune.
