Really? What was so awful about Superman Returns? I saw it twice, once on my own and once with my 8 year old. I mean it wasn't great, but I can easily name a dozen movies from the last 5 years that were far worse. Do you not get out to the movies much?
no i really dont go to the movies that offen, plus it was the quickest i could come up with something, now looking back i will say Hulk, although i still think superman sucked.
Hey Dude, where's my car?

you know i must be still blocking this from my memory… a true stink fest

i liked the Superman movie, but it suffered from the same knocks Spiderman and Batman Returns had, which is they spend so much time telling us the back story in order to reintroduce the franchise. the elements are in place for a couple of good sequels…
I go to one movie a year in the theater, and it's rarely in the summer.

yea, i second Hulk, probably one of worst over-hyped and big budgeted summer movies ever made
i didnt even need to think about this one.

the hulk.

YOU CANT SEE A DAMN THING THE ENTIRE MOVIE. ITS TOO DARK.
I'm glad I don't hang out with you guys.
When you factor in the fact that Hulk was directed by Ang Lee it was a total let down.

And with Eric Bana. :p
I think the first half to two-thirds of The Hulk is actually rather good. Ang Lee's visual approach to filming a comic book is very interesting. It doesn't get really stupid until Nick Nolte shows up and the movie is basically ruined from then on with a lot of over-the-top acting and extremely poor writing.

I think I will amend my earlier response and say that Elektra is the worst summer movie I've seen in the past five years.
