Not trying to change the subject but it's much easier for me to think of artists who have the worst hair in music.

Julian Casablancas (we know you don't care about appearances, but wash it, already!)

Jack White (absolutely love his music but the hair is a problem- ratty and unkept-last time i saw him in concert it was bit of a distraction for me).

it's interesting that so far almost all of the "best hair" nominees are male.

I have a book of photography wherein Madonna is about 19 and one of the models. She has some really, really nice hair…all over her body. So I would have to nominate her.
